who is SWAGGER

Swagger Productions is a London-based corporate photography practice led by Jo Aitchison.

For over 15 years, Jo has delivered corporate and narrative photography for organisations including Amazon, BlackRock, HSBC, Apple and PwC — environments where consistency, discretion and operational control are an expectation.

Working across executive headshots, leadership portraiture and narrative projects, production is structured to integrate seamlessly into business operations.

Swagger exists to deliver controlled, repeatable visual standards across leadership teams, departments and regions.

what we deliver

Getting this balance right takes more than technical ability. It takes experience — an understanding of how organisations operate, how people are perceived and where imagery adds value rather than noise.

This understanding underpins everything we do.

  • PURPOSE - Used for leadership profiles, team pages, internal systems, and formal communications. Designed to present individuals clearly and confidently, with continuity across the organisation.

    APPROACH

    • Agree background, framing, and level of formality

    • Discreet lighting setup inside your office

    • 5–10 minutes per person

    • Clear direction, relaxed approach

    • Images that are natural and self-assured

    • Edited for consistency and tone

    • Cropped and formatted for agreed uses

    • Delivered ready for internal and external use

  • PURPOSE - Annual reports, recruitment, all internal and external platforms and communications where the emphasis is on how the organisation operates

    APPROACH

    • Agree tone and level of formality

    • Identify meaningful working environments

    • Photograph people within real activity and context

    • Lifestyle, observational documentary

    • Directed when needed, but primarily responsive

    • Edited for consistency, clarity, and atmosphere

    • Cropped and formatted for agreed layouts and platforms

    • Delivered ready for internal and external use

  • PURPOSE - Annual reports, press, features, internal platforms, and external communications where context matters. Portraits have the precision of headshots with the context of narrative. They are the balanced merging of the two.

    APPROACH

    • Agree tone and level of formality

    • Identify suitable working environments

    • Editorial style environmental portraits

    • Directed but conversational

    • Edited for consistency and tone

    • Cropped and formatted for agreed uses

    • Delivered ready for internal and external use

  • Every project begins with clarity.

We define purpose, audience, and intended use

Whether the requirement is headshots, portraits, or narrative work, the objective is the same: to produce imagery that aligns with brand expectations and functions confidently across contexts.

Preparation is deliberate but proportionate. Tone, level of formality, location, and scheduling are agreed in advance so the day itself runs smoothly.

Post-production is restrained and considered. Images are edited for cohesion and longevity, formatted for agreed uses, and delivered ready for immediate internal and external use.

The process is structured, repeatable, and calm.

Confidence + Character

designed for growth

Most organisations begin with a single commission — leadership headshots, a team refresh, a website update.

But teams grow. New starters join. Reporting cycles return. Brand standards need protecting.

What starts as a one-off quickly becomes a recurring requirement.

Swagger is structured for that from the outset.

From one-day sessions to scheduled quarterly visits, production remains consistent, efficient and aligned to brand standards. When photography becomes part of the operational rhythm rather than a reactive task, structured partnerships provide:

  • Priority production availability

  • A consistent visual standard across teams and locations

  • Reduced re-briefing and onboarding repetition

  • Predictable budgeting across the year

  • Faster delivery through established workflow

This kind of structured continuity reduces complication, protects standards and saves time and money.

  • PURPOSE

To build and maintain an evolving corporate image library over time.

Designed for organisations with regular communication needs — new starters, recruitment, internal updates, investor reporting, ESG documentation or marketing campaigns.

A phased approach to developing visual assets without relying on one-off production spikes.

    APPROACH

    • Three or four scheduled production blocks per year.

    • Defined focus per quarter — leadership, teams, operations, culture or regional coverage.

    • Agreed production commitment per phase.

    • Blended rate across the year.

    • Quarterly planning session to align with business priorities.

    • Centralised asset delivery suitable for internal systems or DAM integration.

    • Defined licence structure covering agreed usage.

    • Staged invoicing per quarter.

    BENEFIT

    • Continuous evolution of brand imagery.

    • Predictable spend aligned to financial quarters.

    • Visual continuity without large-scale disruption.

    • Flexibility to respond to shifting internal priorities.

    • Reduced onboarding repetition across repeated shoots.

    • A scalable visual pipeline that grows with the organisation.

  • PURPOSE

To deliver a coordinated visual programme across multiple offices or locations within a defined time frame.

Designed for moments of change or acceleration — rebrands, mergers, leadership transitions, employer branding launches or national rollouts.

A defined production window with structured delivery.

    APPROACH

    • Agreed scope and timeline across selected locations.

    • Defined production days scheduled efficiently across sites.

    • Pre-production alignment to ensure visual direction and brand consistency.

    • Consolidated scheduling to reduce duplication and disruption.

    • Blended rate across the campaign period.

    • Defined licence structure covering agreed usage and territories.

    • Phased asset delivery aligned to campaign milestones.

    • Staged invoicing across the production period.

    BENEFIT

    • Consistent visual standards across regions.

    • Clarity of scope and budget from the outset.

    • Reduced operational disruption during rollout.

    • One accountable production partner across all sites.

    • Faster delivery compared to commissioning separately.

    • A clear, coordinated visual reset.

  • PURPOSE

To provide structured, ongoing visual support across the organisation over a defined 12-month period.

Designed for growing teams, multi-office organisations or businesses with regular communication cycles requiring consistent coverage — from leadership headshots to workplace narrative.

A continuity model rather than repeated one-off booking.

    • Executive headshots

    • Environmental portraiture

    • Corporate narrative

    • Event documentation

    • Workplace imagery

    • Leadership and board coverage

A long-term partnership model rather than project-based booking.

    • Agreed minimum annual production commitment.

    • Blended rate across headshots, portraiture and narrative work.

    • Priority calendar access.
